Moji has nearly two decades of experience advising investment managers and high growth businesses across North America, Europe, and Africa on private fund formation, fund structuring, transaction advisory, and regulatory compliance.

Her expertise spans the negotiation of complex legal documents, including limited partnership agreements, and the preparation of private placement memoranda for private equity funds and portfolio companies. She routinely engages with global regulators such as the U.S. and Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commissions, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius, advising on licensing and compliance obligations for investment managers and funds.

Moji serves on the investment committee of a leading private equity fund and holds board and advisory roles in multiple companies.
