Kofoworola Omowale is a Trainee Associate at Solt Legal, where she supports clients on a broad range of corporate, investment, and transactional matters. Her experience spans fund structuring, private equity and venture capital transactions, financing arrangements, and investment vehicle operations across African markets.
Prior to joining Solt Legal, Kofo gained experience across the investment ecosystem through roles with Kuramo Capital, Future Africa, and the Nigerian Exchange (NGX). She has worked on matters relating to fund formation, capital mobilisation, investment readiness, and transaction execution, supporting fund managers, investors, and growth-focused businesses.
